Great Machine With Only Minor Flaws
This machine is great for weight lifting. Unless you need to body build with free weights, this is a good alternative. Once you get the hang of it, changing the cables for different workouts only takes 20 seconds or so. It's sturdy and well built. Installation was fairly simple. A product that stands up the the hype
I debated for a year on whether or not to purchase the bowflex. After deciding that it would more than pay for my gym membership in a years time I decided to give it a try. I have found that with just very little use this machine is easy to manipulate and I get a great work out in the privacy of my own home on my own schedule. It will change your life!
Great piece of equiptment. Arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to assemble. Nothing like being able to lift to failure by yourself without the risk of injury.

Only machine I'll use
Delivery was a one day late but that was due to the local delivery company. Assembly was easy. Great, easy workouts, and I have lost 19 pounds and am stronger than I've been in 25 years. I am 62 years old, and feeling great. The only issue I have is the video does not really help with setting up the pulleys and that took a little time to figure out, but now OK and easy to do in seconds.
