I like it
Very handy to have and since its in my home I'm getting more excersize than when I had to go to the gym. I've been really busy with work so this has been very important since going to the gym was not always an option and when tired from work it was too easy to miss work outs.

Good concept with small flaws.
I'm a 42 yr old male, in good shape and experienced with working out and weight training. I lift weights to tone up, and to balance the running portion of my workouts. I'm not looking for size or "gains". My goal in purchasing a Bowflex was to save time and space. I purchased the Bowflex Extreme with the 310 "lb" resistance upgrade. To date I have not purchased the leg attachment option. I have used this machine for six weeks.

No Rods Either - But Bowflex Helpful & Polite
I, too, received the Bowflex Extreme without the rod box. I called Bowflex, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Two days later I had the rods, and my hubby put the machine together. It's solid, stable and I've enjoyed working out. .... Read more

Great home gym
I really like this home gym, it has plenty of exercises, easy adjustments [once you get the hang of them], and really toned my muscles. I do Tae Kwon Do and Olympic style sparring and this home gym has been a great part of my normal exercise rotations.

Always keep in mind though, you can exercise all you want but you also have to eat healthy for readily noticeable changes to occur. I would also suggest getting the weight bar upgrades as 210 is not quite enough to build muscle, just .... Read more
