forget about going to the gym...this is all I need
This machine does what it is supposed to do and more. Since I started working out I have lost the "pouch". The convenience of having it at home is what keeps me going. Long gone are the debating whether to go or not, the actual driving to the gym, and the membership fees. I schedule my workout for 30 minutes in the morning and sometimes I repeat it in the evening. This is probably the most effective and easiest machine i have ever used. I used to go to my gym, but with the kids and everything, i just don't have the time. Then i saw this machine. It gives me a great workout while i am at home, i don't have to waste any more time driving to the gym and back.
This has every exercise imaginable. But my favorite is the glut and thigh station. It has really toned my legs and i now fit into my jeans better. I have this in the back yard under the po .... Read more

Wonderful machine
My husband bought me this as I have been hinting that I need an exercise machine for home. I now have had this machine for about 3 months, and I gotta tell you, am loving this. My arms are more toned, I have reduced the flab, and my legs are more shapely. It really is a wonderful piece of machine. At first it was hard for me to use since it does not use any weights.
