This multi-stationed home gym from Ironman provides a complete workout in one compact unit. Made of 11-gauge, heavy-duty steel, the 600G Home Gym features a 200-pound weight stack for resistance and works all of the major muscle groups with three different work-out stations: an ab crunch station for abdominal training, a mid pulley station for lateral and tricep pull-downs, and a leg press/calf press station to help you increase your strength, speed, and stamina. Accessories include a lat bar, straight bar, single grip handle, ankle cuff and ab/tricep strap. The adjustable seat and telescoping back pads allow users to find the correct position for a variety of exercises from decline to full upright.
