The Band Flex XS Gym is a seated home gym that gives you an efficient full body workout in the convenience and comfort of your home. This bungee cord resistance system makes the Band Flex XS Gym a safe way to perform strength exercises without a spotter. The Band Flex XS Gym is lighter than home gyms that use weight stacks, so it is easier to move and it can be used in upstairs rooms without extra floor support. The Band Flex XS Gym builds total body strength with exercises focusing on the legs abs, arms, shoulders, chest, and back. The durable,vinyl upholstered 2â padded seat and adjustable seatback along with closed cell foam ankle and knee rolls keep you in the proper lifting position to help prevent injuries. The Band Flex XS Gym comes complete with a lat tower and a leg curl/extension unit. The included Workout Manual includes 18 total body strengthening exercises along with weight training tips.

Good machine for the money. Takes up a little space, However, for beginners even the easy band is pretty tough to work with. Still love my Nordic Trac the best! .... Read more
