Overview

The Stamina X-Flex Gym is versatile enough to give you any kind of work It can be used for both strength and cardiovascular training. It comes complete with a lat tower and a leg curl/extension unit. There is even a preacher curl bar attachment. You can perform a wide variety of shoulder and bench presses by moving the adjustable position bench. The X-Flex Gym has a sliding seat for rowing and leg press exercises. The resistance cords provide an adequate and safe way to perform resistance exercises without a spotter. Finally, it can be stored unobtrusively in the corner of any room when not in use.

Real nice home gym
It came in two boxes and was shipped 2days days before it was schedual to be shipped. This home gym is a real good one.. you can do full body work-outs working on just every excercise you can think of including abs work!

I only had one fault with it that caused me to give it a 4-star rating is the floor board, where the rubber mat came pealing off and the frame had a small rust on it (nothing major, I cleaned it off).
