Total Gym - great workout!
I have been using the Total Gym XL for around 5 weeks. If you are a serious bodybuilder, this is probably not the home gym for you. But if you are looking to tone up and strenghten your whole body, or, if you are like me, over 55 and trying not to lose any more muscle mass :) this is GREAT piece of equipment!
