The Total Trainer DLX has10 levels of resistance and will allow you to lift 4% to 69% of your body weight. The DLX is loaded with attachments and is equipped with the Super Tuff TPU-90-AE roller and axle system. The DLX is shipped fully assembled and has a shipping weight of 93 pounds. The maximum user height for this Total Trainer is 6′ 2″. If you are taller than 6′ 2″, consider our Advanced DLX, DLX-II or DLX-III. These home gyms will accommodate users up to 6′ 7″.

I purchased this product for my wifes birthday. the ad shows someone moving it around effortlessly, not so. It is very heavy and hard to store so we elected to leave it set up. It is a rugged piece of equipment so we are going to keep it. So before you buy this make sure you have room to keep it set up. .... Read more

Total Trainer DLX Black
I've had this product for about a month. Total Trainer DLX Black No complaints so far. Easy to set up. Instructions and photos clear. Takes some time to try and select the exercises. I found a couple of exercises (curls and crunches) which I prefer to do with traditional free weights - which I have had for years. Someone not used to weight lifting would likely find the Trainer perfectly adequate for those exercise. One benefit is hard to explain since it is totally subjective. Thus far I f .... Read more
