The Weider 1120 strength trainer offers everything you need to enjoy a complete muscle-building workout in a compact space. The trainer is equipped with a rugged 81-pound stack of DuraStack weights, which provide up to 214 pounds of resistance. The weights help you fine-tune your lats, back, and arms using the high pulley and padded butterfly arms; build up your pectorals with the chest press; or work your legs with the low pulley and padded leg developer. As a result, you can tone, sculpt, and build your entire body without having to leave the home. good for the money
this gym is a good deal for the money.the description of the plates led me to believe that they were metal or cast iron,when in fact they are concrete covered in plastic.the curl pad is in a position that has the cable rubbing against the tubing near the top of the repetition.fairly smooth operation of pullies. ....
