The trainer comes with a high pulley and lat bar for fine-tuning your back, lats, and arms, along with butterfly arms and a chest press for chiseling your pecs. The low pulley, meanwhile, makes it a breeze to perform rowing and hip exercises. Finally, the trainer includes a leg developer and leg press station for performing a balanced lower-body workout. Other details include an ankle strap with a handle to increase stability during certain exercises, an assisted dip station for triceps, and a detailed chart that shows you how to perform each exercise. My husband and I work out together NOW
I am very pleased with this home gym. My husband and I are both business owners with very limited extra time. We bought this product, we dedicated an entire day to assemble it. (The item numbers were hard to follow but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing. We assembled it in about 7 hours (they suggest that you have a professional do the assembling but it wasn't bad).
